All Customer Service issues must go through the Customer Support Ticket Server. This system is the most efficent way for us to resolve customer support issuse.

Problems Creating An Account:
If you have trouble creating an account, email sessupport@stormeaglestudios.com . Do not use this email for any other issue. You will not receive a reply.

Another option is to create a temporary account below using your email address as your Customer ID.
Enter "Private" in the Company box and if you do not wish to enter your phone number, just enter 111-111-1111.

Make sure that you have the most version of Javascript


Important Note For All Users:
1. If you have an existing ticket for a problem, do not open a new ticket for the same issue. This will cause extended unncecessary delays in resolution.


2. If you had a closed ticket and your issue reoccurs, reopen the same ticket. Do not start a new one.


Existing Customers:

If you have purchased a Product in the past and have never used this support service, create an account using your SES Customer Account # and Password.


New Customers:
If you just purchased a Product and are having issues, and have not recieved an invoice, check your suspect email folder.


Demo/Trial Evaluating Customers:

If you are evaluating an SES Product, use your email address as your Customer ID.
Enter "Private" in the Company box and if you do not wish to enter your phone number, just enter 111-111-1111.

Should you elect to purchase a product from SES and require support in the future, follow the instructions for existing customers.


A Note About Response Times:
At Storm Eagle Studios, we pride ourself on our customer service. We are not a large company and customer support technicians often double as development
team members. Our response time can vary from 30 minutes to 3 or 4 days depending on the workload.

Once your ticket is open, the amount of time between responses and resolution depending on your issue. Rest assured that if your ticket is open and has not
been closed, it is on our agenda. It is our intent to never leave a customer hanging. If we go several days after the last ticket e-mail exchange, don't be alarmed
because odds are we do not have a resolution yet. Please don't open another ticket asking us to look at a previous ticket.
