There have been changes to the StormPowered Support system.


We've done away with having to remember a long number for your login. If your StormPowered account was created before January 1st 2013, simply use the email address associated with your StormPowered account to log in.

If you have recently created your StormPowered account, you will have to create a new support account and use your email address associated with your StormPowered account to login. If you do not use your StormPowered registered email address, it will cause delays in resolution time. If you get an error message saying Login/Password combination is invalid, you will need to reset your password, which can be done simply by clicking the 'forgot password' link below.

Please note that your StormPowered Support login is DIFFERENT from your StormPowered Login. The password used to login to the StormPowered client and StormPowered.com may not be the same as the one used to log into the StormPowered Support service. Likewise, the password for your StormPowered support login may not be the same as the password used to login to the StormPowered client and StormPowered.com. To avoid confusion, you may wish to set your password to be the same as that of your StormPowered client and StormPowered.com login, But please remember your logins for the two are NOT updated together. All of this is strictly for security purposes.
