Storm Eagle Studios Return Policy.

 

These software products are considered trial ware. You, the end user, have had the opportunity to evaluate it for period of up to 30 days or 30 plays. During this evaluation period you have concluded the following statements are true about that the products you are purchasing and that you, the end user, agree with these statements entirely:

 

  1. The products I am purchasing are fully compatible with the computer that I have installed them on.

 

  1. I am fully satisfied with the quality of the products that I am purchasing.

 

  1. I agree that by purchasing these products, they are now considered “open software” and thus NOT ELIGIBLE TO BE RETURNED for a refund under any circumstances. I further agree that all software products purchased at this time are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

 

  1. I agree that all the terms and conditions herein shall also apply to any products purchased as an “add on” to any existing product.

 

This policy covers all software licenses purchased from Storm Eagle Studios, including all titles listed herein.

 

 

Liability: This product is provided on an "as is" basis, without any

Warranties, or conditions, express or implied, including but

Not limited to warranties of merchantable quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or those arising by law, statute,

usage of trade or course of trading.

 

The entire risk as to the results and performance of the product is assumed by you. Albireo Studios L.L.C, it’s subsidiaries, and partners shall not have any liability to you or any other person or entity for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages whatsoever, including but not limited to loss of revenue of profit, lost or damaged data or other commercial or economic loss, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages or they are foreseeable; or for claims by a third party. Our maximum aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the registration of the product.
