Storm Eagle Studios Purchase & Return Policy.

Currently our Products are available by DOWNLOAD ONLY.

By continuing with this purchase, you acknowledge that you have read this PURCHASE & RETURN POLICY and agree to its terms.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
All purchases must include a legitimate Name, Address, & Telephone No. The name on the credit card account used to make the purchase must match the name on the customer account information. Failure to provide this information will result in a revocation of all Licenses purchased.

These Products are considered trial ware. You, the end user, have had the opportunity to FULLY evaluate it for a period specified in the Storm Eagle Studios END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT, of which you agreed to as the condition for this evaluation. During this evaluation period you have concluded the following statements are true about that the Product Use Licenses you are purchasing and that you, the end user, agree with these statements entirely:    

1. I understand and agree to the most current version of Storm Eagle Studios End User License Agreement, EULA, that is in effect as of the day of this purchase, and that it replaces any End User License Agreement that I agreed to while evaluating the Products for which I am Licensing.
   
   
2. I understand that the Product Use License(s) that I am about to purchase require ongoing periodic License Check Verification via connecting the Internet to continue to function. I also understand that they will cease to function should I exceed the License Check Time Interval as specified by Storm Eagle Studios.Upon connecting again, my License(s) will function again and the License Check Time Interval will start over.
   
   
3. The products, for which I am purchasing Use Licenses for, are fully compatible with the computer that I have installed them on..
   
   
4. I am fully satisfied with the quality of the products that I am purchasing.
   
   
5. I agree that by purchasing these Product Use Licenses, they are now considered “opened” and thus NOT ELIGIBLE TO BE RETURNED for a refund under any circumstances. I further agree that all Product Use Licenses purchased at this time are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
   
   
6. I agree that all the terms and conditions herein shall also apply to any Use License(s) purchased as an “add on” to any existing product.
   
   
7. I understand that Storm Eagle Studios or its' assigns are not responsible for retrieval of License Code Numbers and associated Passwords should I loose them. I also understand that Storm Eagle Studios, or its' assigns, has the option to retrieve or replace these at their discretion.
   
   
8. I understand that any attempt to extract files or data from updates or add-ons and install them "manually" (not with our auto installer) immediately violates
   the Storm Eagle Studios License Agreement. EULA
   

This policy covers all Product Use licenses purchased from Storm Eagle Studios, including, but not limited to, all titles listed herein.

Liability: This product is provided on an "as is" basis, without any Warranties, or conditions, express or implied, including but Not limited to warranties of merchantable quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or those arising by law, statute,usage of trade or course of trading.

The entire risk as to the results and performance of the product is assumed by you. Albireo Studios L.L.C, it’s subsidiaries, and partners shall not have any liability to you or any other person or entity for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages whatsoever, including but not limited to loss of revenue of profit, lost or damaged data or other commercial or economic loss, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages or they are foreseeable; or for claims by a third party. Our maximum aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the registration of the product.
