INSTALLATION, ACTIVATION, AND REACTIVATION OF SES PRODUCTS.
RE-INSTALL and RE-ACTIVATION Instructions below at bottom of page
Jutland Installation (Inital Install Only )
-- MINIMUM PC REQUIREMENTS --
Intel Pentium 4 1700 mHz or AMD Equivalent - 1GB Ram - Nvidia Gforce 3D Card or ATI Equivalent - 4GB free Hard Drive space
-- INSTALLATION --
1. Double Click on the Jutland_Setup_MSI.exe file.
2. Install the game in the default directory (Highly Recommended).
****** WARNING ******
DO NOT INSTALL THE GAME ONTO ANY SORT OF REMOVABLE MEMORY (I.E. THUMBDRIVE, EXTERNAL HARDDRIVE, ETC.)
THE GAME WILL NOT WORK UNLESS INSTALLED ON A PERMANENT HARDDRIVE WITHIN THE COMPUTER.

3. After the game installs, click the Desktop Icon for JUTLAND to launch the game.
4. The JUTLAND ACTIVATION BOX will appear and offer you the option to Purchase,
Activate, or Evaluate JUTLAND. For the DEMO, select evaluate.
5. JUTLAND will check our server for the latest AUTO UPDATES. Select YES if offered an update.
If there are multiple updates available, the game will automatically download and install them.
6. When the main menu screen appears, a DEMO activation box will appear. You must enter your name
and a valid email address to receive the DEMO Activation Code. If you do not enter your email
7. The DEMO is functional. You now have all Three (3) Editions installed on your system. Access is
limited in the DEMO Edition until you purchase a License for either the STANDARD or PROFESSIONAL Edition, at which point you will be able to "ACTIVATE" the purchased License.

Should you have trouble installing JUTLAND or its updates, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO MANUALLY INSTALL THEM. This will result in an install that cannot be activated properly, ,or updated properly, and will lead to further problems.
It is also consider a violation of the Storm Eagle Studios End User License Agreement and could result in voiding your existing license.

Jutland Activation
Our games require an internet connection to active.
To Activate the game from a trial version, launch the game and click activate in the first dialog that appears.
Enter your License ID and your password and make SURE your internet connection is working properly.
US Ship Pack Installation
1. After installation of the game, Update to at least verison 1.068.

The latest installer of Jutland has the ship pack trial included. Activation is STILL REQUIRED for full access to Jutland and the Ship Pack.

US Ship Pack Activation
1. After updating to at least version 1.068, Launch the game.
2. Upon coming to the main menu of the game, click the 'About' button (second from the top of the list on the right side).
3. Click the left button in the 'About Box' called 'New Addon License' and enter the license number provided with the invoice of your US Ship Pack purchase.
Distant Guns 1.5 Installation
(Inital Install Only - Re-Install and Re-Activation Below)

1. The installer is designed to prevent re-installation over an existing installation. If the game is already installed, it will be necessary to uninstall before reinstalling.
2. Double Click on the Distant_Guns_1.5_Setup_MSI.exe file.
3. Install the game in the default directory (Highly Recommended).

4. The Distant Guns 1.5 ACTIVATION BOX will appear and offer you the option to Purchase,
Activate, or Evaluate Distant Guns 1.5. For the DEMO, select evaluate.
5. Distant Guns 1.5 will check our server for the latest AUTO UPDATES. Select YES if offered an update.

RE-ACTIVATION - RE-INSTALATION - MOVE TO NEW PC
Reactivation of Jutland and Distant Guns 1.5
-If you wish to move your license to a different computer, Launch the game on the licensed computer and press Shift-F12 at the main menu. This will release the license. Then go to the new computer and activate as normal.
***** ERROR CODE 7 SOLUTION *****
-This can be caused by a variety of things, most commonly it happens after any sort of hardware change or operating system reinstallation.
1. To resolve an Error Code 7, first make sure it has been at least 7 days since the last time you made a successful connection to the SES server.
2. To reactivate after the 7 day period, launch the game on the machine in question and select 'Evaluate' on the first dialog that appears.
3. Once in the game, you should see a dialog titled 'Already Licensed?'
4. Put your license ID and your password here to reactivate.
